Our classmate Joyce “Hank” Broadus was recently featured—on the front page, no less—of the May 6–12 edition of the Pittsburgh Courier after returning as a guest speaker at the Homewood Branch of the Carnegie Library during its 116th anniversary celebration. Seeing Hank honored in such a prominent way is a testament to the lasting impact of her professional contributions and the esteem in which she continues to be held. What a wonderful and well-deserved recognition for one of our own!
